The staff were the only positive during the stay, they really went out of their way to accommodate us. We expected good facilities and nature to explore but disappointingly there was none of this and the staff kindly drove us to a nearby attraction.

This place is really well appointed, they put a lot of heart and soul into it. The people were outstanding, very hospitable and make the place very welcoming, very wabisabi. Looks of a place for one to unwind but it was also quite a sociable place with nice funny dogs and a cat. Beautifully designed and cosy.

The apartment was spotless, and the room rate was very reasonable. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen area — I was able to prepare all my meals using the induction stove and microwave. It made my stay in Hanoi, far from home, feel much more comfortable and convenient. Mr. J was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, which made the overall experience even more pleasant.
