Very nice room, nice sheets on big comfy bed, shower had a screen which was a bonus having not had one in most places. 24 he reception was great as we arrived just after 1am from Ha giang. They organised taxi to the airport for 270 which was great.

The staff were the only positive during the stay, they really went out of their way to accommodate us. We expected good facilities and nature to explore but disappointingly there was none of this and the staff kindly drove us to a nearby attraction.

This place is really well appointed, they put a lot of heart and soul into it. The people were outstanding, very hospitable and make the place very welcoming, very wabisabi. Looks of a place for one to unwind but it was also quite a sociable place with nice funny dogs and a cat. Beautifully designed and cosy.
