We had the pleasure of spending one night at Residence William French in March. From the moment we arrived Primrose made us feel at home and did everything in her power to make our stay special. Dinner was a very romantic affair and the food was excellent. The Blue Room was stunning, every piece of furniture bespoke, large spacious bed with luxurious linen and the most magnificent views!

Debby was so friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt at home and welcome. It was a perfect stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. The location to the nice beach front areas of Cape Town were also so close, but removed enough to experience piece and quiet. Loved it.

I have stayed in a number of kalk bay properties and this is the best yet. The location is perfect with stunning views. You can even see the sea from the bath. Service was outstanding. I was horrifically ill during my stay and Faith went out of her way to meet my every need and the needs of my 3 year old. I was sad not to be able to eat more of the food on the menu as it was stunning. The design is beautiful and so relaxing. The bath was a dream.

    The location is excellent on the hillside above central Simon's Town. The sea views are awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea is a special event. Simon's Town is an easy drive from Capetown, but so much quieter. Beaches are excellent, and there is good hiking all over Table Mountain National Park.
