We asked for change of balcony chair and it was immediately changed. We also used car rental reservations from the hotel and it was also very nice and reliable. Thank you very much :)

He came and rescued us after our maps application sent us to a dead end while finding the place at night (happens frequently apparently). It is located off the road that goes to the top of the mountain above the town, so double check your map route. It is a quiet area with a lot of green, but it is only a 15 minute walk to the castle.
