Her customer service skill set is top tier which is hard to come by. She was kind and accommodating.

The views are spectacular, still it’s close to Gjirokastër. The room and breakfast were perfect, food was so delicious. But what makes this place special is the people - we had a problem with the car, we had a flat tire and a dead battery and they gave it all to help us - even managed to open a closed car repair nearby to bring us a new tire and found a guy who could load the battery. The hospitality was truly unmatched. We would like to recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for the best experience possible. Hope to see you guys again!

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room a good size with a new and modern en-suite. The owners were really sweet, friendly and accommodating and made us feel at home. The garden was great and so peaceful, a wonderful place to relax. We had breakfast one day and it was yummy. Another positive were the various sockets in the bedroom to charge stuff. Thank you!

We were to spend one night but added an extra night because we felt like it’s home away from home. From the hospitality to the lovely and delicious homemade meals, really top notch service. Special place and people, I look forward to visiting again with my family. Really Albania hospitality at its best. Shout out to Alexandra(Sandra) she is one special lady.

The owners gave us, without even asking, a box to take the remainings of our breakfast with us.

I was sure that I wrote a 10 Star review after our stay, as we will never forget the incredible hospitality and care we received. I was unwell and was looked after better than from a Mother. The house is beautiful, tranquil, modern facilities, super comfortable beds with nice linen. The drive up in the Jeep is an adventure .
