It’s a new hotel decorated as the old houses you find in Gjirokaster, so it’s very pleasant. The beds were very much to our taste, you didn’t sink in. Everything was clean and the location was so convenient, because you can access the Old Town right away taking in the main street by car (or walk uphill in the cobble stones street if you like). Breakfast was varied, continental and abundant.

Boasting lake views, Bujtina ANLU features accommodation with balcony, around 35 km from Zaravina lake. Featuring full-day security, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. If you want to visit Heaven on Earth before you die, you should definitely stay in Bujtina Anlu for at least three nights. This place is amazing and the host family are the sweetest and friendliest people I’ve ever met! I will never forget the day I arrived and I got to my apartment. The view from the apartments is, the least to say, breath taking. Everything clean, the bed mattress and pillow will make you feel better than your own home bed. The host lady is a Master Chef. She will cook you the best dishes from the Albanian cuisine. I can keep writing here for ages. The guesthouse provides perfect parking, so your vehicle or motorcycle will be in a safe spot. Also, if you’re a motorcyclist(s) and looking for a quick recharge on your adventure, this is the perfect place for that. 

This place has become my favourite one, and I will be a regular guest from now on.

Situated in Përmet, 47 km from Monastery of Agios Georgios Riachovou, White Villa features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, and currency exchange for guests. The room was perfect, brand new, clean, the bed, sheets and pillows were amazing. There was a shop in the same building, which was very convenient. The owner was so friendly and he let us stay until 11 am even though the check out time is at 10 am.

Situated in Gjirokastër, 43 km from Zaravina lake, Isaraj Guest House provides accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. This homestay features free private parking and a shared kitchen. Guests can enjoy river views. The owners were amazing, and kind hearted people, they cared for us a lot. The language barrier wasn't an issue thanks to google translate, and their daughter, who also helped a lot with recommendations for the sightseeing. The panorama from the terrace was beautiful, and the breakfast was super delicious. We had a wonderful time, and I also fell in love with the city. I hope I can come back in the future :))

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Wonderful hosts Lola and Ilir welcomed me like I am a part of their family. The place is very clean and comfortable, amazing food and hospitality. I enjoyed my stay a lot. I came by bus. The place is not in the centre of Tepelene - without a car I couldn't get to Tepelene - the host Ilir brought me there.

The accommodation provides an ATM, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. Really a great hotel! It is extremely modern, everything is very clean and stylishly furnished in a minimalist style. The view in the restaurant (where you also have breakfast) of the valley with the river is simply breathtaking, I enjoyed the view every time I sat there! We had the second cheapest room category but were still absolutely satisfied, I especially liked the bathroom with the rain shower. Beds also very comfortable and big! The restaurant (where you can also eat as a non-hotel guest) is also very good, I found especially the fries delicious, they were more like potato wedges and totally crispy and well seasoned! The best thing is of course the access to the river from the hotel: The water is so clear and totally pleasant (we were there in mid-June, when it was the perfect temperature), there are small rocks you can jump from and lots of sun loungers with parasols I would come here again at any time and next time I would plan a few more days!

It's very cute and clean room..and location is wonderful walkable to the stunning old bazaar and cold war museum the property owners were very kind and welcoming over all we loved that place so much

The property offers a shuttle service and features a garden and outdoor fireplace. Best place we stayed on our trip in Albania! Gilberto (the host) is very hospitable and makes sure that everyone is having a good time. The accomodation was super clean, with a nice interior look (grey stone walls and wooden floorboards). It was possible to pay for dinner at the property, which was delicious (local cuisine with nearby ingredients).
