There is a large balcony that offers lots of sun during the late morning and afternoon (basically from sunrise to sunset). The apartment is located in a small town with two supermarkets, a bakery, a cheese shop, and a few restaurants with various cuisines. The other towns in the valley can easily be reached by bus, so you can leave your car at the private parking. The valley is full of skiing infrastructure, so I guess that there is a lot to do during winter season. We stayed during the very low season of late September, and had great weather for day hikes in the surrounding mountains.
