IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn is a family run hotel, situated on an elevation in the Ennstal valley in Styria, at the foot of the Grimming mountain massif. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is offered. Most of all, I liked very kind, hospital and attentive team of the hotel. It is clear that there is very good management and they take care regarding their employees. The food is excellent, the breakfast is one of the best, which I ever had. The products are high quality and you can feel it. The dinner is also excellent, the service, everything.

Contact via whatsapp from the reservations department was a great way to communicate, the app was very user friendly and informative, the option to order fresh goods to be delivered to the box in the lobby is such a great addition. The self check in was great as it gives you the freedom to check in when you’d like and everything was very well explained. The apartment itself was spacious, had all we needed in terms of equipment and furnishings, the baby cot and bedding was exactly what we needed. Plenty of car parking space too. Didn’t find any issues at all with cleanliness. The view from our balcony was so picturesque and exactly what we imagined a nice, quiet Austrian village would be like. The staff at the in-person check in were very friendly and informative.
