Had a lovely time in Vienna. The apartment is perfectly located - between two metro stations. It’s situated by a beautiful bridge, where you can take evening walks. Close to a shopping center and a restaurant district. There’s a grocery store nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean, decorated stylishly. The sleeping area is cozy, and the pull-out sofa had an extra mattress that made it feel like a real bed. In front of the building, there’s a vending machine with coffee capsules, snacks, drinks for everyone, and something for adults as well. Excellent communication with the owner. Rating 11/10!!!

The room and bathroom were clean. Pictures represent reality. Room is very worm. Staff is polite and friendly. Public transportation is literally outside the Bassena hotel, including Airport Shuttle. We didn’t try the breakfast, hence, cannot comment on that.

Very nice and friendly staff always here to help if you need. The breakfast was very delicious. Very nice parking garage too. The room was also very clean and refilling the water bottles and mini waffles was a really nice gesture.
