We loved it! This was our final stay in Australia and it was 150% worth it. The place is very remote, relaxed, peaceful and in the middle of the forest. If we only knew, we would have stayed longer. This is a little peace of heaven. Lilian is great! We loved her, such a nice, one of a kind lady and host. We hope to come back soon and stay longer. The bed was cosy, big large room, great patio surrounded by nature.

Located halfway between Cairns and Port Douglas, Ellis Beach Oceanfront Holiday Park is 5 km from Palm Cove and 30 km from Cairns Airport. Clifton Beach shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. Honestly, for us this was a gem to discover. We'd never stayed in this kind of accomodation but the photos looked amazing and truthfully, you expect a certain amount of "creativity" with the photos but when we arrived.....we were totally blown away. Spotless unit, amazing view and such lovely hosts. Our next stay, we will try the waterfrontage units but that is just a personal preference. The garden units also had a great view and even the campsites were well appointed and perfectly equipped. Seriously - dont overlook this fabulous piece of tropical paradise!

Air con super. Kitchen well staffex, all you need, just a bit of a mix of things. Small pool, but nicely secluded. Beach in within a stones throw, very quiet residential area. Port Douglas high street very close, lovely eating out opportunities. Our four teenage children and us patents loved it. Lots of things to do jn the area - Daintree rainforest, Freat Barrier Reef, beach, shopping, restaurants, just relaxing. You will enjoy your stay. Host responds very quickly to questions, minor issues are resolved kn lighting speed.
