Very clean room. Extremely comfortable beds, pillows, duvets and sheets. We needed a good night of sleep after a long drive and we got it. Beautiful view and excellent breakfast. Thank you. Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.3 for a two-person trip. Great bed and pillows. Restaurant facilities excellent and high quality food. Especially loved the breakfasts. Bathroom felt very luxurious.

Various cocktails and appetizers can be enjoyed at dbar and in-room dining is available 24-hours a day. The room is huge and luxurious. It’s a bit expensive, but it’s excellent value for the price!

Bishop’s Block, a heritage landmark, is located behind this hotel. The Distillery Historic District is about 3 km away. The CN Tower is 1 km away. Parking is available with surcharge and includes in/out privileges. I loved the facility. It was beyond what I expected. I also like how close it was to everything.

Valet service was great, staff were super friendly and courteous and always responded positively and answered calls on the first try, always had my car out front when calling valet.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with friends during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. The hotel really made the concert experience so much more magical. They offered a lounge with free food, a beading station, photo both, ect… The staff was super friendly and and the rooms were luxurious. I also liked that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel.
