Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.3 for a two-person trip. We thought Bisha is a normal business/city hotel. We were supprised to find a very comfortable and well designed art hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot with organizing our stay. Tom Pham topped everything. His room-in service made our evening a special one. The chicken was fabulos.

Parking is available with surcharge and includes in/out privileges. I loved the facility. It was beyond what I expected. I also like how close it was to everything.
