The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Location was great - easily accessible to the tram (Station Du Quartier) and surrounded by shops (food, grocery, shopping, etc.). The room was as shown in the pictures - clean, spacious and comfy!

The property features pool with a view, garden and parking on-site among other facilities. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the pool and garden. Very kind hosts, very comfortable beds, a very artistic and beautiful interior, a very nice garden with swimming pool. Clean bed and bathrooms. The breakfast was great, healthy and unlike breakfasts you get elsewhere (in a positive sense) Even though we were just passing through, it was an amazing experience and we recommend it very much. Especially if you're into art.

Cosy atmosphere, delicious breakfast served in the garden, and a cute dog! We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. As we travelled without a car, we also appreciated the proximity of the ferry, which takes you right across to Montreal Old Town. I hugely recommend it!

A beautiful house in a fantastic location and with literally everything you could possibly want, they have thought of everything. From tupperware in kitchen, to ear buds and hairspray in bathroom, ice machine, herbs and spices, dishwasher tablets... This host really makes it feel like a home from home. House felt really safe and in a great location, 10 mins into old town Montreal. Parking is easy and can fit two cars. Bedrooms are a great size and the bathrooms are super modern. It's immaculate inside and the nicest place we have stayed through booking.com. Host is really quick to answer questions and when we had an issue with the keypad lock helped straight away with a solution. Can't recommend staying here enough and if we are ever back in this part of the world we will be staying here again. Fantastic!

The spa-style bathrooms include a glass-enclosed shower stall with rain shower head, hairdryer and toiletries. My apologies, but I'm running out of positive adjectives for this fine property on Montreal's south shore, including their continued "special customer treatment" the hotel's management took upon themselves to keep me from stubbing my toes, when walking around the bed-end corners. The Alt-Dix/30's staff is very professional, yet friendly and welcome their repeat customers by name. Needless to say, the underground, free parking is a very nice touch as well, always greatly appreciated especially during the winter-season.

The apartment was amazingly clean- from the linens, to the floors, the space was immaculate! Great location- close to Downtown Montreal but enough around that you don’t need to venture that way, if you don’t want too. In a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a smaller space but it did not feel crowded with my group of 4. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.
