The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Cable Car Station is a 5-minute drive away. Zermatt is a car-free resort. The rooms were bigger than usual. Bus stop close to the hotel. There is also a nice restaurant 100 meters away from the hotel. We could also leave our luggage at the hotel as we were to early to book in.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. This place is amazing. The view is the best especially on the 3rd floor. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious too.

This place has everything that a winter hotel needs to have. Great spa, cozy lounge, nice view of the landscape, kind staff.. Location is good, just 5 mins away from the train station which is important after a long ski day. Heated outdoor pool offers great relaxing in cold winter days. Im looking forward to come back

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!
