Good location, good ambience, very friendly staff. As i am non Chinese speaker, they helped me a lot in finding my lost luggage and talked with the respective authorities on my behalf to find them finally. Thanks heaps for that.

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Probably one of the best views you can have along the river in this town. When I first entered the room I was blown away by the view. Very comfortable to just sit on the balcony and watch the people in traditional costumes pass by. The manager of the Inn was very helpful and friendly. The perfect place to stay for a short trip to Fenghuang.

There was nothing not to like. Everything from staff to property was amazing. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning

It’s conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the main entrance of the Avatar park. The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful, securing us tickets to the park at a price more affordable than those at the official gate—our passports served as our tickets, which was quite convenient. The breakfast, was made by the lady，very delicious more than sufficient to fuel our day. The rooms were spotless. Upon checking out, we were pleasantly surprised with gifts—a snack and a red envelope, adding a personal touch to our stay. The top-floor laundry room was an absolute lifesaver, especially after long hours of hiking, and the complimentary laundry soap was a thoughtful addition. The receptionist and her husband went above and beyond, allowing us to use the lobby bathroom for a shower even after we had checked out. I am thrilled that we selected this hotel over others due to its warm and friendly atmosphere. It has left me with very fond and lasting memories. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Breakfast has both traditional Chinese and continental options. Direct metro line feom airport, and direct to the exhibition hall.
