Perfect location in beautiful place nearby lake. We lived in twin room and it was big, clear and cosy. Various and tasty breakfast. Very friendly stuff always ready to help. I’m ashamed that don’t asked a name of a cute english speaking girl in reception. She suggested and helped to order a tickets of our trips in Zhangjiajie. Thank You! Also huge plus was free transfer from airport to hotel. Driver/ hotel worker was very kindly.

She was my biggest luck in Zhangjiajie. She even opened her kitchen for me since I couldn't eat Chinese food :) She made Turkish food for them and we ate it together with great pleasure. Thank you for everything Jenny. The location of the hotel is great and it is 5-10 minutes walking distance to everywhere. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. There is hot water 24 hours a day and the room was very warm. It was one of the best places I stayed during my world tour. Hope to see you again

They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

It’s conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the main entrance of the Avatar park. The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful, securing us tickets to the park at a price more affordable than those at the official gate—our passports served as our tickets, which was quite convenient. The breakfast, was made by the lady，very delicious more than sufficient to fuel our day. The rooms were spotless. Upon checking out, we were pleasantly surprised with gifts—a snack and a red envelope, adding a personal touch to our stay. The top-floor laundry room was an absolute lifesaver, especially after long hours of hiking, and the complimentary laundry soap was a thoughtful addition. The receptionist and her husband went above and beyond, allowing us to use the lobby bathroom for a shower even after we had checked out. I am thrilled that we selected this hotel over others due to its warm and friendly atmosphere. It has left me with very fond and lasting memories. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
