The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, from arranging a tour until calling the local bus to pick us up.

Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Luna del Desierto was great for my short stay in Villavieja. The rooms were spacious and clean, the facilities were great, and the dog Luna was adorable. Kudos to the staff, including Andrea, for being super friendly and helpful with everything related to Tatacoa! Really made to feel at home.

We arrived at 10 pm and they arranged a tour for us for the next day, including a private guide. In the morning they were so kind to make us a lunch package as we were leaving early. Pool is very good

The kind attention l got from Mrs Patricia, she is very nice explaining the property, l got the apartment l was expecting, love the views from the mountains, has lots of natural light and no mosquitoes going into the apartment, has additional rooms and beds that can accommodate more people, like the kitchen and the main room was spacious. In general l like it a lot. It’s a new apartment complex with private security it made you feel safer in. In general great attention and service from everyone there.

Very beautiful, calm place and close to a viewpoint. A bit outside town. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Amazingf place to chill in the nature, just 15 minuites uphill walk from the citycenter .

She is extremely welcoming, prepares amazing breakfast, coffee and house-made lemonade in-between. I can definitely recommend the offered tour to the Tatacoa desert. They also organized a collectivo back to neiva for us.

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. It was really cool to be out in the middle of nowhere in the desert. The hotel is very rustic and located on a functioning ranch with cows and horses and everything. It is also walking distance from the two grey desert hiking trails. The owner was really friendly and fun to chat with as well as helpful with anything we needed. The food was also some of the best hotel food we’ve had.
