It is huge and super spacious- really beautiful inside, a fast check in and out and a super great host who communicates any problems (for example- the internet was down due to the rain). We LOVED our stay and so happy it is per friendly as we really got to enjoy it to the fullest. The area that surrounds it is majestic and there are close really affordable and beautiful restaurants near by! The facilities were great- super modern with hot water and enough blankets!

Thomas is an amazing host and the property is very beautiful and well maintained. Thomas will go extra mile to tend to guests needs and his father dropped me at the airport at 3.30 am in the morning for a nominal charge. The place is secure and pristine. Highly recommended if you want to crash one night here before your flight.

There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The chalet features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Brilliant stay new building which was very clean. Secluded location and seen lots of wildlife right outside our door in the morning with toucans and hummingbirds on trees just outside and even seen a sloth when leaving. Host was very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend.

The property is non-smoking and is set 4.6 km from Kalambu Hot Springs. Door lock is via PIN, so no need to carry (and possibly forget) keys. Location is excellent - close to many restaurants and supermarkets, but far enough from the tourist path. There's a private garden area where I was able to work from several mornings to get my sun, amidst the chirping of the birds. Maikol helped me book all of the after-work activities I've done in La Fortuna. He also went above and beyond in ensuring I was satisfied with those activities even though he wasn't the tour operator.

We loved being amongst all the animals, close to the nature. We ended up extending our stay one night.
