We had such amazing experience there!, it is a lovely place with a vast variety of things to do. The owners are very kind, helpful and welcoming, they really care about you and that everything is going fine. The house position is great if you have a car cause it's not far from the center and is so quiet and near a forest. In the morning a lot of colibrì visit the house, that's amazing! And you can hear the monkeys from the forest. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are perfect.

Quiet , peaceful, super friendly staff. Very comfortable beds , great breakfast and they accommodated my need for GF as I am Coeliac. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms were huge. Amazing wildlife, we saw toucans , iguanas and heard the howler monkeys.

The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.
