Hotel was a short stroll into the centre and we could see parrots (or Macaw’s) in the trees opposite as we were facing the road. Giselle and her team were exceptional and very kind. Only stayed one night but would happily have stayed another if we were spending more time in Jaco.

On top he speaks good English and Spanish. Great place to stay, to relax and explore the city and nightlife!

The location is excellent and we even had the chance of spotting several animals from our balcony, especially in the morning, such as squirrel monkeys, macaws, agoutis, hummingbirds and iguanas. Our apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Furthermore, our hosts Charlie and Carlos were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose this accommodation again when being in Manuel Antonio.

Located in Pavones, 1.2 km from Playa Pavones, Hostel Esperanza provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. Amazing hostel in Pavones, perfect for surfing as it's literally 3 minutes walk from the main surfspot. Comfortable dorms and great kitchen, super well equipped! Charlie was super helpful and gave me great advice to always chose the right board (he has a very good selection of boards to rent). Last but not least, the vibe at Esperanza was great, I really felt at home there!

I was one of the first guests at this newly refurbished hotel. Stephan and his team were very helpful at check in with a tour of the beautiful property. The room was large, nicely furnished and clean. The hot tub is spectacular and is a nice community space that allowed me to get to know some of the other guests that weekend. Stephan is a Chef and the breakfast buffet was amazing. He also offered to prepare items that weren't on the buffet upon request.
