There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home features family rooms. There were lots of warm blankets and some firewood to help keep warm.

Moises, at the desk, was a gracious and caring host, as was the kitchen staff. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Navigation is a must, as the hotel is about 30 minutes from the Pan American Hwy (Hwy 2) - absolutely worth the effort to get there. The sunny morning at breakfast with windows open and many species of hummingbirds feeding was most memorable.

The Jardine Secretos Lodge is a spectacular lodge tucked away in the mountains and close to the Cloudbridge Nature Reserve. The room we had was the original owners house, all wood interior, 2 bedrooms, an a terrific porch with rocking chairs and a great view of the landscaping. It was a very charming house, the lodge even had a bottle of complimentary wine waiting for us. The Lodge had a very eclectic dining area, wonderful lighting and decorations for the Christmas holiday (or appropriately decorated for the next holiday), and the property was designed and built making a truly wonderful landscape and facilities. The secret garden walk was especially impressive, the amount of work and love that went into making this walking garden tour was nothing but magical for the variety and number of plants in the design. All right on the property too. The staff was extremely friendly and informative of their lodge and advice on the local attractions.

With its fully equipped rooms and a Pet Friendly policy, it is the best choice for long-stay travelers, medical tourism and leisure travel. This hotel enjoys a privileged location, surrounded by a wide variety of dining options, shopping and nightlife. It is also located a few kilometers away from the main corporate centers. Omelette bar was delicious. Coffee was good. Staff was always helpful. No hustle parking. The pool was heated and was open from early in the morning until late.
