Great location in the center of old town, free parking just over the street. The host Mr Alexander is very friendly and helpful, exceptional in one word. We have got champagne and beer as welcome drink, next day some red wine for the room ... Room itself was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was not indicated in the room price but for all that we had got some coffee, juice and cakes in the morning.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile — something you truly appreciate after a five-hour journey. The rooms are stunning, with a magical atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the castle. Honestly, the price feels almost too low for what the hotel offers. You can also book tickets for both castles directly through them, and they’ll hand them to you the next morning — super convenient. They offer the possibility to dine at their restaurant as well. We arrived too late for dinner, but they still prepared a tasting platter for two with sausages, cured meats, cheese, cherry tomatoes, and plenty of their delicious homemade bread. We couldn’t even finish it! Breakfast was absolutely outstanding — calling it “complete” would be an understatement. All in all, highly recommended. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be the flies — they’re everywhere. But hey, we still haven’t figured out how to control insect minds, so…

Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a terrace, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. The accommodation offers room service, an ATM and organising tours for guests. The rooms are good, beds comfy and breakfast is excellent. We stay in this hotel on our way from Holland to Italy. You can also eat in the restaurant. This is closed on Sunday but within 100m there are two other places to eat, both really good. We will stay again.

Plenty of activities within 25 minutes drive and you get a discount with Allgeu pass.
