We stayed on a Sunday (for the lovely Christmas market) and Monday during December and whilst everything closed on Monday, the apartment is a lovely place to relax. It was also clean and warm (with enough heating in place for the cold winter). Lastly, just relaxing and looking out the window is just amazing.

The family-run Hotel Am Tiergarten provides modern rooms with bright furniture and private bathrooms. We made this reservation at the last minute after driving the Nurburgring. It was soon clear that we picked the best spot near the ring- all of the regular drivers were ALSO staying there! The concierge put us up in a ground-floor room, and steered us toward the restaurant, which has good history and great food. Bonus: We could see a castle!

The appartment was very clean with comfortable furniture. The staff was very helpful and friendly! I also loved the small restaurant located below the appartment. It was also very sound proof, because you don't hear the restaurant guests once you are inside the appartment

Bienenhaus has city views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Monschau, 32 km from Aachen Central Station. This recently renovated apartment is located 32 km from Theatre Aachen and 33 km from Aachen Cathedral. The apartment has private entrance. The house was very spacious and clean. The living room had comfortable sofas and chairs. The large dining table and large kitchen island were great for spreading out. The kitchen had all the essential supplies needed. There were at least 3 grocery stores less than a 10-minute drive away so it was very convenient to cook at the house. The showers were excellent, the best of all the places we stayed on our extended trip. The bedrooms were nicely separated so you didn't feel on top of each other. They were all similar in size and had the same furniture. The location is up the hill from the town. It had a very pretty view over the town. If you didn't want to walk back up the hill, you could drive down to the town parking lot.
