Staff at the 24-hour front desk speak Catalan, English, Spanish and French. We had a great stay. Opted for the largest room while booking, the room size was generous, with plenty of space. The sunrise views from the balcony were the highlight of our stay. The room was clean, comfortable bed, a nice sofa. One small complaint is the bathroom floor is slippery when wet. Be careful. I had a few close calls... Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options in buffet and ala carte. Friendly staff, helpful. Parking is paid, but secured by locked fence door and cameras.

Beach is less than a two minute walk away and dozens of restaurants are anywhere from one to two minutes away.

This hotel was a very great surprise. We just happen to stay and wished we had spent time exploring the surroundings. The staff were over the top friendly and accommodating. One night was not enough. two years from now when we return we will put this in the travel plans.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. Very nice stay. We decided to come back after several days in another 5 star hotel nearby. Highly recommended for the families with children's. Good location, underground parking, kids room.

The team welcomed us very warmly and was extremely friendly. We arrived with our 6-month-old baby and felt very comfortable. Please note that there is no parking at the hotel. We have a nearby parking garage with limited spaces and cannot be reserved; parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly (special thanks to Nik and Sofia). The breakfast was great, with a nice buffet and fresh options like eggs, juice, pancakes, and waffles cooked on the spot. The location is perfect – right on the promenade, just steps from the beach with comfortable sunbeds. There’s also a rooftop pool (though quite small, but great for a refreshing dip), bar, and amazing sea views, plus a small spa with hammam and massages. The room was very clean, housekeeping every day and the bed super comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary cava from the hotel and the daily water refills in the room 🫶 I would definitely come back!

Mas Pere Pau is located in the natural setting of Bruguers, in Besalú, 5 minutes' drive from the city centre. It offers well-equipped apartments, studios and rooms with mountain and garden views. The property also features a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi throughout. Lovely building, great staff and room and important for us genuinely dog friendly.
