Very friendly team, welcomed after a late arrival and offered breakfast the next morning even though I was officially too late for it. Parking conveniently available a short (3-5 min) walk away.

Pascal and his team have made our trip to Le Thor one we will never forget. What a great host and absolutely the prime location if you want to experience the countryside of France. The rooms are huge and cozy, they feel like royalty rooms. The breakfast included was amazing: fruits, yogurt, bread, etc. Definitely worth it to pay extra for the spa - it just adds so much to the overall experience. Lastly, Pascal made sure we had the best stay - we didn’t have a car so he helped arrange for our cabs and restaurants. We feel very nostalgic looking back at our stay. If there is an accommodation that has set a high standard for us - it is Les Carmes. <3

This campsite is set on the river bank, located in the village of Castellane, within a 5-minute drive of the Verdon Gorge. Free WiFi is provided in public areas and the property has a table tennis table as well as a boules pitch. At night it was quiet once the dinner had finished, but it had a great vibe as offered a group dinner, which looked lovely. The location was great, only a 5 minute car ride into town, stunning location, and the pod we stayed in was so cute and cosy. Absolutely loved it here! And allow dogs..

The rooms and suites at Staybridge Suites - Cannes Centre, an IHG Hotel have air conditioning and offer a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a desk and free Wi-Fi access. The private balcony is either south-facing or has views of the hills. Everything was great from top to bottom - Value was great for the size of the room, i was alone but easily spacious enough for a couple/family. Breakfast was 7-11am which is perfect if you are an early riser or want to sleep in, and had good selection. Very near to the city center (<5 mins walking), especially if you're taking the train for day trips along the south coast like i did.

La Maison Lamartine provides accommodation with free WiFi in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Nice-Ville Train Station and Jean Médecin Tram Stop. The property features a TV lounge, and a garden. It is located a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Everything about my stay at Residence Lamartine was exceptional. I was greeted by Emma upon arrival. Check in was smooth, my room was ready immediately. She shared some suggestions for lunch and dinner. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and clean, well-lit. Kitchen was useful too. Extra gratitude to Emma for helping me during a difficult experience. I left something important on my way back to Paris and she safeguarded it for me, helped calm me down while I was panicking. So so sweet, I'm still full of gratitude.

We stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much that we returned but opted for the garden terrace room- which we highly recommend. The Oasis has a very unique vibe, ambience, smell and character. You’ll feel relaxed almost immediately. The breakfast is 9.50 per day and is a buffet breakfast including yoghurts, drinks, fruit, bread, cereal and pastries. The staff are very friendly and helpful- parking is free. They also provide beach equipment and other additional touches. A hidden gem. A tranquil escape.
