Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The Camp is located at a wonderful small beach, surrounded by palm trees and mangrove forest. The whole small camp is designed were nicely and made with a lot of love. It has a very nice chill/kitchen area with a large table to get together with the other guests and volunteers. We could join the family dinner and breakfast for some extra money, which was very tasty. We did rent kayaks and went to the mangrove forest. The host Laurence helped a lot in preparing the trip and gave us a lot of information to arrive to the camp and go to Livingston. She was very helpful and kind as the other guest were. I would recommend to stay at least three nights, but a few days longer would probably be even better.

Hostal Blood Moon is situated in Rio Dulce and has a plunge pool and pool views. This guest house features free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. I only stayed for one night but thought it was great, short walk to bus station and main road of Rio Dulce. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable chill out area. No complaints.

The hotel provides an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. Excellent wooden cabin room, very cozy and comfortable, enough space and amenities. Location is fantastic and feels very much like part of the jungle. There's even a crocodile in the creek flowing through the finca and joining Rio Dulce. The hotel has its own landing and you can do a great boat trip down to Livingston or up to the lake. Very reasonable price for a great lodging experience. Stayed an extra night!

Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. Everything :) especially the atmosphere, the hosts and the volunteers were extremely helpful and friendly! The beds were Confy, watching the sunrise from the bedroom and the stars from the trampoline just amazing. The owner Ismael did not stop to help us with our Belice day trip. (it was amazing) Thank you :) So anyone who wants to volunteer long or shortterm in a familiar atmosphere :this is your place :) would have loved to do that!

Great walks in the jungle, swims in the river and sunbathing by the dock. They also organize various tours if you can drag yourself away from your hammock:). My cabana was pretty and comfortable and the bed was the best one i had in guatemala so far. I stayed 3 nights and will defo come.back.

Towels and linens are provided. Situated right on the water, this hotel offered a beautiful restaurant, hammocks to relax in, and the breeze off the water was wonderful. The room was very clean, the shower had good hot water and pressure.
