The accommodation was clean and exactly what you want before and after the trek, with a nice balcony and hammock. The trek itself was incredible. Bob is the best guide and helped me safely through the jungle, with much expertise about the wildlife, jungle and local culture. He knew fun facts and of course the amazing viewings of the animals such as Orang-utans, and views. Could have wished for a better guide! The accommodation in the jungle was basic but had all necessities, and a nice stream to cool off, and the food was so good.

Beautiful location right on the river, surrounded by nature and beautiful views, a retreat from the busy-ness of town. It is only a short motorbike ride into town, and you can walk ~10 mins to get to an alfamart/indomaret. I did 2 days jungle trekking with Andi who was a great guide. We saw lots of orangutans and other wildlife, and he shared a lot of great information about the jungle. I went with a group and he was very attentive with the guests and everyone's different needs and comfort levels with the hiking. Dika, Dedek, and the rest of the family were so friendly and happy to answer any questions or help with anything, and make an amazing breakfast which is included. Andi arranged a car to and from the airport. Wifi was functional most of the time, which was helpful because I spent a lot of time working remotely in the restaurant. Bed in my room was very firm and comfortable, which is important to note because some different guesthouses where I've stayed have had very squishy, sinking beds. Bathroom has good showerhead water pressure, a western style toilet, and bidet. They provide toilet paper if needed. Towels also provided. Screens on windows prevent mosquitos from getting inside, and there is a fan inside the room for when it gets hot. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and a family business that makes you feel like family. Highly recommend!

Paco an Carlos are Fantastic guides and excellent people, although Paco sings terribly!!! ;) Special mention to the food; it's tasty and varied, with different homemade desserts every day. I will definitely be back!!!
