Hotel Jazz is located in Keflavík, 21 km from the Blue Lagoon and offers selfservice check-in and check-out. The seaside promenade, restaurants and shopping are only a minute's walk away. WiFi is free. We booked one transit night with late check in and very early check out, so airport proximity was a must. It's a taxi drive away (15 minutes) but it's so well located that we walked a few meters down the road to a 24/7 super market and were able to grab dinner despite the late hour.

We thanked the receptionist and mentioned to her how wonderful that was as it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We had also mentioned we would be getting a bite to eat in the restaurant, she told the staff in the restaurant and they prepared a dessert for us with fireworks in it, a very classy act. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was clean, I was impressed by the quality of bathroom, even though it was for a common use, it felt like in an expensive hotel, the breakfast was also very good and with the variety of dishes
