He told us about the nearby shops and restaurants. There is a spacious parking lot. There are several warehouse buildings near the apartments, but there was no noise or discomfort, it was always quiet and peaceful. There is a good store and several nice cafes within a 5 minute walk. We traveled with a dog, which has enough space to play and walk. The apartments are cozy, tidy and very spacious. The bathroom is large and clean, with a very spacious shower, where you can have fun bathing for two :) I liked that there is a wardrobe room, where it is convenient to store travel items. 15 minutes by car to the Bologna city center.
