We are very experienced travellers and used to stop in different hotels and being in Hotel Du Lac & SPA we felt like we stopped in a 5 stars hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations. The location was very good and the views the hotel offers were gorgeous. Our room was always super clean. The breakfast had excellent variety and the staff was caring and helpful. I would like particularly to thank Ganga for looking after me, her attention to my wishes. All receptionists were extremely helpful as well and very friendly but Sara was just amazing. She helped us with everything we needed. Huge THANKS to all of you making our holiday SUPER special!!!

It is located 600 metres from Basilica of San Fedele and offers a lift. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Everything was very new and clean. The apartment, even though on a busy street, is located in a different building in the inner yard. Therefore it’s very quiet. The appliances were new, everything was comfy and Mario was proactively communicating. I’d definitely book the apartment again.

The apartment is impeccable, the location is great, for the resourceful, the public transport works great, 7-8 minutes drive and you are on the lake. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.
