The staff was very friendly and accomodating -- Lucky, especially, with whom we dealt with more frequently both when arranging the stay and during it. We also had very pleasant interactions with Nadia and Alessandro. The apartment is super comfortable. The main bedroom, on the upper floor, was spacious, and my son also enjoyed having his own room. Both beds were very nice to sleep on. The kitchen, while small, was furnished daily with new coffee capsules and water by the cleaning staff. They were, by the way, invaluable to our pleasant experience: when we returned to the apartment after a long day of walking, it always smelled incredible from them working their magic.
