While meat based main plate following pasta is their standard, he cooked rice, some fish with NORI (seaweed), GOMA (sesame) and soy sauce. Such efforts! I don’t have a car. So, they kindly picked me up at Bordighera and brought me back there despite their heavy schedule such as honey auction, administrative works and among others a birthday party for their fairy-like daughter Nicole. Staying for a while at an Italian agriturismo was my old dream and Flavio’s family made my dream indeed unforgettable.
