Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Ideal location in center of Alassio. My wife and I stayed in the Romance Suite, it was perfect and is brand new. Hosts are fantastic, helpful with everything from directions, showing how to use automated entry doors, handling luggage, restaurants and organized beach suggestion all within a few hundred feet in front of property, and driving rental car to Remia’s enclosed/locking gate parking spot. Felt very safe and secure throughout 4 night stay.

Close to the beach and literary at the entrance to the Lungomare Europa which is gorgeous. The bedding, sheets, towels, mattress, all was very clean and comfortable, sofa-bed as well. The town is cute and vibrant. There is an option for parking but we easily found a free street parking spot next to the house.

All was OK, from the very beginning. Renato is a super responsible and helpful owner. The location in the center city is very nice. And even a noise at night provided a special italian flavor.
