She answered all questions, had emergency numbers available if needed. She was, kind and wonderful, very personable, and spoke English too, since my Italian is limited. The room has everything you would need it is quiet, walking distance to the duomo San Matteo, wish I could stay longer. Check out was very easy, as is checking in.
