The homestay features family rooms. Beautiful and clean accommodation in the hearth of nature. Hotel included a large bathroom, where hot water flowed without problems. We had a very tasty Sri Lankan breakfast in the accommodation, which also included coffee. We also took advantage of the dinner option - delicious Sri Lankan. The hotel is in a quiet part, not in the city center, but the owners provided us with a tuk-tuk transfer from the station (free) to the center and back. There is a scooter rental option at the accommodation. The family is very friendly, nice and very helpful. Among other things, they also arranged for us a share taxi to Udawalawe, a jeep driver in Udawalawe, etc. Wave to everyone and see you later!

Also if you go to Ella by foot it is about seven minutes and the best place to hear the most beautiful and beautiful birds. This place is located in a very beautiful place in a very quiet and clean environment than Ella town where Ella is. I am very happy to stay in a place like this. Also this family served me very delicious breakfast and I thank them very much for that. In terms of cleanliness, the room, the bathroom and the bed were very comfortable. Thank you very much for everything. Also, the top floor of the Mahandu house is located in a very beautiful forest area with a rice field. Shiraz the host was super welcoming and hospitable, even with our last minute booking.The room was extremely clean, with very comfortable bed and amazing view from the window. My private room was clean and comfy and the complementary breakfast in the morning was delicious. You can't ask for more at a stay in Sri Lanka. Friendly dog and kitty live there. Lots of things to do in Ella, but be sure to keep a well charged phone in case you need to utilize google maps or a flashlight when navigating to and from the hostel.
