Super comfortable bed and a small kitchenette with the essential things for a Coffee or a breakfast. On top there is a private terace to spend some time, enjoy a drink or do some sport or yoga. Parking is possible right infront the appartement in a reserved Spot in the street. Definitely by far the best appartement I probably ever stayed in the last couple of years.
