Fantastic two nights stay at the Opus 16 hotel in Bergen. Stayed in a spacious deluxe room with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the wonderful à la carte breakfast with some tasty salmon dishes. All staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is just perfect nearby Bryggen and the funicular.

A beautiful historic hotel in a tranquil l setting next to a lac. Absolutely perfection itself. Nothing was a problem. I am lactose intolerant and they prepared different meals for me. The breakfast had so much choice even vegan cheese which was really lovely, and while I'm praising this hotel, I would just like to say they have the best coffee in Norway that I've tasted. Congratulations for treating their guests as friends. When we come back to Norway we certainly will go out of our way to stay there again. The location overlooking the lake is Paradise, with the nicest owners.

The rooms were very nice, the restaurant was excellent, and it was clean and well maintained. It’s definitely worth paying a little bit more for it!

Great apartment, very spacious rooms, comfortable bed, clean and close to the bus station. The kitchen has everything you might need and the bathroom includes a washing machine and even detergent for your laundry (although no drier). I haven't had the chance to meet the owner but he always responded to messages very quickly. Really no complaints, an excellent place to stay.

The appartment location is good and gives a good view to the lake, somehow the parking place is quite challenging and narrow since we have a 6 seats car.

There is a booklet left by the owner explaining the history and all necessary information about the house and stay. The little house is so lovely. All the renovation makes it back to life from 1780’s. A short 5 minutes bus ride sent us right at the downtown harbor. A supermarket is only steps away.

I booked only one night and everyone wished to stay more. Having a reception nearby is also helpful.
