They picked us up from the bus station, greeted us with a welcome drink and helped us book our bus back to Kathmandu. A special mention goes to Milan who was a exceptional, always very friendly and attentive and he made sure we didn’t need to worry about anything, thank you :) The area is very quiet and relaxing, with a nice view on the mustard field and a few minutes walk to the center. They also have a super nice pool and a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy the sun.

This was my second time staying at Tara Guesthouse! Great atmosphere and accommodation from Vicky and his family! They make sure you have a great stay and enjoy your time in the Chitwan National Park area! This is the only place I will stay while in Sauraha! Could not recommend this guesthouse enough!

A place nestled in the jungle, just steps away from Chitwan National Park. We slept in a hut, surrounded by many (perhaps too many) insects, and washed with lukewarm water, but the energy of this place is indescribable. Bhisnu, the owner, is an exceptional guide, an extraordinary chef, and a wonderful person. Manoj, his right-hand man, won us over right away with his kindness and his beautiful smile. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Hotel Rhino Land is like a home away from home. Raj takes great care of his guests, from picking them up at the bus station, to offering a free welcome walk, and helping with everything they need. One night, he even drove me to see a rhino that was walking through town! The property is a short walk from town, quiet, and set in a lovely garden. I definitely recommend staying with Raj and his family.

The accommodation features entertainment staff and room service. The staff is very humble and the service is amazing. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food in the hotel is tasty and homely. Overall, the entire experience was very enjoyable. 10/10 highly recommended place.

The hostal is super cute, surrounded by nature way from the city, I love the treehouses and all the decorations and art style of the place. You have a restaurant for food and can rent bicycles. Staff is friendly and help you with jungle tour walk.

The Tharu Village is 100 metres from the property. The Sauraha Bus Station is 3.5 km while the Bharatpur Airport is 20 km. Wonderful property. Humble and very supportive staff .

Sapana Village Lodge aims to support the local community, including the indigenous people of the Terai region. The property features a restaurant, a coffee shop and a spa. The room was comfy. There was even space to hang my hammock, which is always a big gold star. There were lots of communal spaces, like the area for viewing the river and elephants wandering by, the fire circle, the bar, and of course the restaurant. The whole place is set up really well around a lush garden, and it's a short walk into the small village nearby. The staff were so accommodating, ever so friendly, and really went above and beyond. It was also really easy to organise activities to get to know the local culture better, and to see some wildlife. The safari was awesome - saw rhinos, a sloth bear, and more. If I came to Chitwan again, I'd definitely stay here again.
