It was a hot night and the staff put our beds outside the tents, sleeping under the stars and full moon night was above and beyond our expectations. Camel rides were a little pricey but ya gotta do it. Diner and breakfast were traditional and plentiful. We will be back!

Muscat International Airport is 205 km away. Wonderful secluded desert camp where you can watch the sunset, sunrise, moon and milky way in peace. I saw my first ever sitting star here! The location is well away from other camps and it is very discreet. (On the drive in, you will see other camps very close to the road, don't book those) Dinner and breakfast were delicious and our fussy children found the food excellent. We took the additional options of a 4WD transfer in and a sunset camel ride. We count ourselves lucky to have the camp to ourselves for the night, as we booked a Monday evening. The camp manager is very attentive.

A recently renovated luxury tent in Bidiyah, Desert Diamond Private Camp offers outdoor fireplace, private parking and sports facilities. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. The luxury tent features mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. The stay at Desert Diamond Camp was excellent! Sultan picked us up from the meet point and took us to the camp and we were welcomed with a campfire and fresh tea and coffee! The tents were vary spacious, clean and cosy, and the bathroom facilities clean. The next morning we walked to the sand dunes and the children did sand boarding. Sultan especially and the camp staff ensured our stay was comfortable and we highly enjoyed our stay in the desert!

The kindness of the staff specially Farhan he was really helpfull, take good care of us and makes sure we feel like home :) The location, very close to different wadis We stay in a bubble room and was very well isolated and AC worked properly also the wifi signal was pretty good.

The food was good especially the morning Kadak chai. It was a very good stay and experience. Special mentions to Badar who was such a fun guy. He also took us for a drift in his 4x4. He is a very happy jolly person. Very good host.

They run a snorkelling excursion where we swam with turtles and saw many dolphins, and it’s close to raz al jinz if you want to see turtles at night. Food was also homemade and amazing :)

Muscat International Airport is 203 km away. We had an amazing stay at this “camp” and I quote because we stayed in the Presidential suites that are more like a carefully planned boutique hotel. One of the first places that I recall where the place was prettier than the pictures. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the moment we arrived until our departure. The presidential suite was spotless, modern, and truly impressive, making it the highlight of our trip. The staff was incredibly available and helpful, ensuring that every need was met. We highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable desert getaway.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Bidiyah, SandGlass Camp is a luxury tent surrounded by views of the city. The property features barbecue facilities, shared lounge and parking on-site among other facilities. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a balcony. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Said was extremely friendly and helpful. I changed my plan during the stay and he helped me get yo the bus station to go to Muscat. Camp was in a great location. Highly recommend!
