Accommodation was really nice, being able to sit on the balcony was really peaceful with great views. Food was also very good. The early evening walk in the desert (which is free) meant being able to see a fantastic desert sunset. Also did the trip to an authentic bedouin camp on the second day which was really interesting and gave a great insight into the culture. Would highly recommend a stay here at royal desert camp.

Staying at Desert Diamond Private camp was one of the best experiences I had in Oman. The camp is private and peaceful, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious and varied — I especially enjoyed the camel meat at dinner. Breakfast on the soft desert sand was unforgettable. The room and bathroom were both beautifully decorated and very clean. The stargazing trip was a magical experience that added a special touch to the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert escape.

The tent has everything you need. The bed is big and the bathroom is equipped with everything and it’s a nice experience to go to the bathroom at night and see the stars. We also had dinner and I would recommend it. It was delicious and after that we had a camp fire with marshmallows and guitar songs. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I recommend to stay here for an awesome Oman desert experience.

We booked an extra night to enjoy all areas of the property. Yasir the receptionist speaks great English and is very accomodating with organising tour and attentive to room related requests.

He organized a surprise for me with cakes candles and balloons. He is so kind we had good conversations, the diner was amazing and the location to enjoy the dunes perfect ! And he picks you up and drive you back for free
