Muscat International Airport is 226 km away. The location of the property is at the start of Balcony walk. We stayed one night and started Balcony walk at 8am. Before groups. We returned at 11.30 and took a shower. Our car was parked in front of the room. For getting there you definitely need 4WD car. Last few kilometers are realy bad. There is posibility for local breakfast for 3orm per person. There is also a small kitchen where you can prepare a breakfast on your own. The host was friendly. He explain us everything. He was waiting for us with tea.

The owners met me at the property and ensured that I had everything I needed and showed me the property. They even offered to bring me food stuffs from town that I may have needed. They provided me with a tour of the local sites, a wonderful local restaurant and taught me so much about the life and people of Oman. The night sky was fantastic with stars from horizon to horizon. I would highly recommend this property for both families and singles.

The homecooked meals were excellent and a ton of food as well, you won't go hungry here. There's only two rooms and we were lucky enough to get the whole place to ourselves. It's peaceful and tranquil, especially around sunset. Everything is clean and well cared for. Had no issues finding the place (google maps) and no issues checking in or anything. AC worked very well. Shower pressure was good. No issues whatsoever. Fantastic place run by very delightful and kind people
