The location was outstanding; a couple minutes walk to Branicki Palace & the market square. The staff was helpful & friendly. A few people told us "you can see all you need to see in Bialystok in a day", but we stayed as Hotel Esperanto for five days & it served us well as HQ for a super holiday!

The kitchen had all appliances and utensils, and we even received a thoughtful welcome pack with water, coffee, and fresh fruits. The bathroom was impressively stocked—even toothpaste was provided! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and made our stay truly special. We couldn’t recommend this place more and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bialystok!
