With free Wi-Fi, the rooms at Grand Hotel feature air conditioning, cable TV and carpeted floors. The rooms come with a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Everything was very good with one exception: the smell of cooked food. Thank you, definitely when I have plans to visit this area, this hotel will be one of our options.

Situated 800 metres from Ursu Lake, Ensana Ursina in Sovata offers a bar. With a shared lounge, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with an indoor pool, and sauna, as well as a terrace. The hotel was newly refurbished, painted. The staff was very kind, spoke also Hungarian. They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

Located in the heart of Transylvania, Ensana Sovata is only 200 metres from the helio-thermal Lake Bear, featuring salty water. It offers free WiFi and a breakfast buffet.

All bright en-suite rooms provide a balcony, a satellite TV, a minibar and air conditioning. Non-smoking, allergy-friendly and wheelchair accessible rooms are available as well. The hotel was recently renovated (some parts still were under construction even) so our room looked and felt brand new. Spa area was great and the staff as well.

Excellent apartment, high quality materials, furniture, architectural concept, really amazing. Cleanliness, the staff was very responsive. The restaurant on ground floor is excellent, craft beer is amazing!

Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this apartment is 30 km from Weavers' Bastion and 43 km from Viscri Fortified Church. The property is non-smoking and is set 30 km from Biertan Fortified Church. Very central, quite clean and we had a quite little fireplace which made the overall experience more cozy

The property is non-smoking and is set 30 km from Biertan Fortified Church. Clean, comfortable and nicely designed. The location is great. there was a small issue with the heating , but the owner came within 5 minutes to fix it — excellent service! The parking is a bit hard to find - read the owner’s instructions carefully 😅

Also, it’s the first place I’ve been to that didn’t charge for pets! The apartments felt new as they are so smart and stylish.

This recently renovated apartment is located 29 km from Biertan Fortified Church and 30 km from Weavers' Bastion. The property is non-smoking and is located 44 km from Viscri Fortified Church. Situated just 10 km from Ursu Lake, Sóbanya Panzió offers accommodation in Praid with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space. This bed and breakfast features free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed during our Via Transilvanica hike. Communication with the host was seamless, and she was there to greet us on arrival - always a nice touch. The best part of the property is the large, very well equipped shared kitchen. We were able to shop at a nearby market (less than a 5 minute walk from the property) and prepare both dinner and breakfast. Had a great sleep in a comfortable bed/
