The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel crew is amazing, everyone is very nice, patient and willing to help with any issue. I would like to mention especially Sena and Alexandru from the reception, who made our stay wonderful.

It is that kind of property that is located in the city center but you don’t feel that. Also, the stuff here is super friendly. We will come again for sure.

Every little detail about the place is well suited for a comfy and relaxing stay. The room was spacious, the amenities were great and the staff was very friendly and to the point. The breakfast was very varied with a lot of very tasty treats such as: guacamole, hard cheese with caraway, quinoa green salad, several types of local cheese, jam packed pastries, choco cream, very good quality honey etc. Every morsal of food was above average quality. I highly recommend it. All in all, I had a really good time at this hotel. I am willing to bet you'll have a great one as well!

Some rooms have private bathroom facilities, while others have shared bathrooms. A place with a nice atmosphere. Restaurant on site. Breakfast was very good, with great coffee. Cozy little room, clean. We liked everything.

Set in the upmarket Buna Ziua residential neighbourhood, above the centre of Cluj, Grand Hotel Italia is a palatial luxury hotel furnished in Italian Liberty style. Free WiFi and free parking are provided. Kind and welcoming staff. Nice room with comfortable bed. We enjoyed the outside swimming pool! Breakfast was very good. A place where we for sure will come back.
