Fully furnished property, fully equipped kitchen even with a washer and a dryer. A pouch of liquid detergent was there ready for us. I didn't check if it had a dish washer as we didn't need one. Full set of cutlery and table ware but we only found out in the last minutes as we didn't have enough time to check all the amenities. A perfect residential area as we preferred. If you drive it is a perfect 4 bedroom homestay for the price. Basically, it is a second home and has everything you need for your stay. Now, I am sitting in a hotel room of another town and regretting not staying in a homestay as there is no ice or ice tray in the hotel's measly fridge. 😕

This place is a veritable paradise, so much so that we completely lost track of time at the pool and ended up checking out late. We went during their low season so they kindly and without prompting upgraded our family to their lovely Thai style wood house villa where we enjoyed the cool country air as we drank and ate with old friends. I am looking forward to staying here on our next trip.
