Upon my quick check in I was greeted and given a voucher for 2 glasses of champagne for fiancé and I. Location is right in the middle of Historic Lviv Center but doesn’t feel like your a normal hotel location, it’s very discreet entrance so coming and going is great and makes you feel like you’re really there. Twice I had issues with my work but the receptionist was more then willing to help me out by printing out a document and letting me sit in the cafe area (very quiet) in the day to get some work done. Cleaning staff as well made sure the room was spotless and even when I didn’t need anything cleaned they’d always offer their services or refills of water bottles. I’ve worked at a few hotels in the past and this hotel definitely has the friendliest staff I’ve met.
