They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

It had everything we needed and we especially appreciated being able to use the garage since we brought our bicycles with us. The host was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Excellent communication. We felt comfortable and slept well - very important! The coffee bar was also great to have in the morning! Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back again!

The spacious holiday home has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and 3 bathrooms with a bath. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Our stay here was amazing. The home is very well kept and clean. The carpet is pristine. The bathrooms were well stocked. We did not have to run to the store for more tp, the kitchen was well stocked as well with utensils. Etc. The backyard is beautiful. It is amazing to wake up to the beauty of trees and nature. I highly recommend if you're looking for a slower paced retreat with nature and hiking. This was only minutes away from Donner Lake and hiking trails. It's pet friendly with dog beds and feeding trays. Made our fur babies feel right at home. The bed space was great, and bunks are very fun for kiddos. I would love to come back!

The property is non-smoking and is located 21 km from Washoe Meadows State Park. Condo is well maintained and was the nicest of several mid-range properties we’ve rented in the area. Great space for a family, with three separate sleeping spaces, and having the extra bathroom was awesome. Tasteful decor. Towels and bedding were plush and thoughtful amenities were provided, like snacks, face wash, and lotion. The pots/pans were in great condition - so rare! As a bonus, the pricing we got on this stay was really great.
