The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests. We had an unforeseen event with our initial stay, and ended up at the Menhaden hotel. We couldn't have chosen better. The staff are super friendly, took good care of us and dealt with a late night party room next door, and made sure that the rest of our stay went smooth. Special shout out to Mario. Great meeting and elevating our stay, making a bit more special.

Featuring a shared lounge, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel has an indoor pool, hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. Brand new hotel only opened six days when we stayed, rooms were spotless and you could still smell the fresh paint. Some staff were still in training, however all staff were kind and courteous whenever i interacted with them. Farmingdale is a lovely town.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 5.6 km from Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the villa. The host (Nick) was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The fenced backyard was a plus and the villa was very clean.

Absolute gem in the Pines 🌊🔥 From the moment we arrived, this property delivered the kind of stay you hope for on Fire Island and rarely get all at once. The home is gorgeous—immaculately kept, stylish without trying too hard—and the heated pool became our daily ritual. Beds? Massive, cloud-level comfortable. We slept like babies after sunset boardwalk strolls. There’s also a proper gym on site, so we could offset all the “vacation decisions” we made at dinner. 😅 What really sets this place apart is the host. Warm, proactive, genuinely thoughtful—the kind of hospitality that feels effortless because it’s real. He even made me an iced coffee (I’m usually not a fan) that was so good I asked for the recipe. Communication was smooth end-to-end and check-in/check-out were a breeze. If you’re debating where to stay in the Pines, this is your sign. Beautiful property, heated pool, huge comfy beds, gym for the motivated—and a host who turns a great trip into an unforgettable one. We’ll be back. 🇿🇦❤️
