The rooms were better than expected. The shower was great and the bed comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. Located near the Chicago River, the hotel with free WiFi access is 10 minutes’ walk from Navy Pier. They allowed us to check in and access our rooms at 7:30am. That was exceptional and much appreciated after spending the previous day and night in Amtrak from New Orleans. Restaurant was reasonably priced with delicious food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very well-appointed. Nice pool. Good view.

Free WiFi access is available. The welcome at the front desk had enthusiasm and energy with sincere message thank you for coming. The gift bag was a very nice touch. We had an added bonus of tacos for dinner as well as the breakfast.

A 37-inch flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are featured in every guest room at Drury Plaza St. Louis at the Arch. A microwave and a refrigerator are also provided in all rooms. Both Breakfast and the happy hour snacks and drinks were excellent! Location was just at the arch! I will try to stay at the same hotel next time I return to St. Louis.
