Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Typical motel within walking distance of Dolly Parton Stampede. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River is very relaxing and we were able to sleep with the balcony door open without AC, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast corner was above average for a motel.

Nice beds. Good pillows and sheets. Love the fridge. Nice outdoor sitting spot.

Christmas decorations really got us into the Christmas spirit! I would have liked to stay longer.

Every unit has a private bathroom with a bath. Some units share a picnic area with a grill, fire pit, and picnic table. It was a spur of the moment take off and stay somewhere for a night for my wife’s birthday. The owners were very nice and left a birthday card and a bottle of wine. The cabin was clean and cozy.
